Holiday Service: Reward Transportation Services is open on all major holidays and operates 365 days a year, please note that holiday surcharges apply. Please contact our office for pricing and availability. 
 
Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 10 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you’re over 10 minutes late,  your ride is subject to a ‘No Show’ fee equal to 25% of your reservation cost. 
 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled trip are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, including same-day cancellations, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost.

This policy helps us ensure availability and fair scheduling for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Terms and Conditions 

By using the non-emergency transportation services provided by Reward Transportation Services, LLC (“Company”), you (“Passenger”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Disclaimer: The Company makes every reasonable effort to provide timely and reliable transportation services. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other factors beyond the Company’s control, the Company cannot guarantee punctual arrival or adherence to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
Waiver of Liability: The Passenger, on behalf of themselves and any associated parties, releases and holds the Company harmless from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from lateness, missed appointments, or any inconveniences resulting from transportation delays or service disruptions. The Company is not liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to missed medical appointments, lost wages, or other related expenses.
Assumption of Risk: The Passenger acknowledges that using non-emergency transportation services involves some risk, including potential delays. By utilizing the Company’s services, the Passenger voluntarily assumes all such risks.
No Guarantee of Service: The Company does not guarantee service availability at all times or in all locations and reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled services, when necessary, with or without prior notice.

By proceeding to use the Company’s services, you agree to these terms and understand that the Company is not responsible for any financial, medical, or personal losses incurred due to delays or missed transportation.
