‍Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you’re over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from our office location in San Diego, CA 92154 that require over 30 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
‍** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office location in San Diego, CA 92154, for each mile over 20, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile applies.
‍*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office location in San Diego, CA 92154, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
